Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of concussion and bloating of stomach after a lung injury which could be due to lack of fibres in diet, irritable bowel syndrome , intolerance to dairy products or other food items, eating too fast, overgrowth of bacteria in the small bowel, giardiasis or some medications. I would suggest you to avoid food like dairy products , drink warm water , do light exercises and eat light and non spicy food. If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may refer you to chest specialist for lung injury or neurologist for concussion , which can be corrected with proper rest and other therapies .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
