I had a puncture head injury last Friday night. The doctors at the ER thought it was a non-concussive injury. However I started showing signs of a concussion and went into urgent care on Tuesday. They did a CT scan. They said the CT scan came back clear, but I did have a concussion. Now, I am having a nosebleed almost all day long from that same side of the head.
