What Causes Concussions And Dizziness After A Head Injury?

Hi, I fell down my basement steps on mothers day and broke my wrist and cut open my head above my right eye. I still get dizzy when I turn my head certain ways, when I bend over or stand up. It is really bad when I go to bed at night. I get dizzy laying down, rolling over and trying to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. Should I be concerned about some permanent damage?
