Hi,

I have gone through the drug list you have mentioned. Since he is taking dual diuretics (Frusemide and Spironolactone), there are chances of hypokalemia (low potassium) and hyponatremia (low sodium).

And low sodium and potassium levels can cause dizziness, confusion. So get done serum sodium and potassium levels and if low he may need supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
