Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband is having some troubles where he doesn t remember someone saying a statement to him and then he repeats what that person said back to them. Or when you are talking to him he says the exactly the opposite of what he meant to day. This is really starting to bother him. At first we thought that it was just from overwork and being to preoccupied by other things. But he has decided to try and focus on one thing at a time and it is still happening. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Poor memory, repeated words, forgetfulness, not able to concentrate etc are symptoms of parkinsonism or alziemer's disease. So better to consult neurologist and get done clinical examination and MRI of brain. He may need drugs too. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your husband. Thanks.
