What Causes Confusion And Tremors In The Right Hand?
Today i have had 4 or 5 spells of confusion and shaking of my right hand. ex: confusion as Im looking at my phone....KNOWING I need to hit the end button...but cant remember how....i am 44 and healthy as far as i know. The spells last 30 to 45 seconds.....I am aware they are happening and can almost sort of talk myself down. :( very scary......also at the end of the 30 or so seconds.... i seem to sweat.Thank you for your time

Your symptoms could be related to partial epilepsy seizures. Other possible causes to consider would be blood sugar fluctuations.
Coming to this point, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests:
- fasting glucose and HbA1C levels
- thyroid hormone levels
- complete blood count
- blood electrolytes
- an EEG to investigate for epilepsy.
In case of abnormal EEG, a brain MRI would be necessary.
