Your history is most probably suggestive of a problem with Central Nervous System that is CNS and should be investigated in the following ways: Clinical evaluation, a proper full examination by your doctor to decide the clinical problem. Further relevant investigations of blood, urine, stoll as per the findings. MRI of the brain. All these will help to get a proper diagnosis and thus an appropriate management. If the blood pressure is elevated or have diabetes or any other medical problems you have to adjust your diet accordingly. No self-driving, not to climb up or down the stairs alone as it can be dangerous if you have the attack during such things. Such care is a part of management.
