What Causes Confusion While On Eliquis?

I had an AFIB episode 2 years ago and was given elequis 5mg. have not had an AFIB episode for 2 years and now the cardiologist says I just need to see her 1 time per year. I have experienced confusion, self doubt, and nervousnous with the elequis. I have gotten where I can not speak in front of a groups anymore Could this be a side effect?

Thanks for the queey. I understand your concern.
Eliquis can cause confusion which in turn leads to self doubt &self confidence.
Eliquis is a drug preventing throboembolism .. possible with Afib... which can cayse serious side effects ..& the drug is given when the benefit overweighs side effects of the drug.
In case your symptoms are exvessive consult your doctor .
