What Causes Confusion While Suffering From Hyperfocus?

Hello. I have a hyperfocus condition, however it s déférent i emerge myself in a task completely to the point where i can t do anything else or hear anything else. And if iam pulled out of this state abruptly iam unable to return to it. And i can t focus on anything else for a while: talk to who? Suite what? Make what? In other word a total confusion.

Hello
Hyperfocus condition do creates mental confusion.There is problem with neurotransmitters in brain that regulate shifting betwen different tasks.
For this,you need to visit a psychiatrist.As this condition can also be a part of other associated psychiatric disorders like obssesive compulsive disorder.
This condition is generally treated with medication and behavioural therapy.
You need to keep time schedules of every task in a day as per their priorities.
You can take help of alarms set,or just ask your any close family member to remind you,to complete one task and shift to other.
