Hi, for the last few days I ve been having this feeling in my throat as if I m breathing in smoke. I usually get like this if I m around someone who s actually smoking at the time, but it goes away once I ve been in fresh air. The thing is, these last few days I ve been at home where no one smokes and at work where I m never around smoke. It happens when I m working and just sitting on my couch. I don t smoke nor does anyone in my household. Nothing else seems to be wrong but my neck has been tight, although i lift a lot at work.
