The symptoms that you are experiencing are those of angina. Stay away from stress &
anxiety. Cut on addictions if any. Take adequate sleep and stay well hydrated. Do not take oily, spicy junk or frozen food. Take home made food, avoid refined flour, sugar products, fatty food, trans oil & stop taking red meat. Do regular walking, if diabetic control your blood
glucose at all cost. Control your BP & blood cholesterol and
triglyceride levels. Maintain healthy weight & healthy lifestyle.
Get regular follow up heart check up done. Take almonds, whole grains, low fat dairy products, lean meat, etc. Factors that trigger angina are stress, poor diet, obesity, anxiety, lack of physical exercise, excess weight , medical conditions like DM,
high BP,
high cholesterol, etc. Medicines are effective. If you neglect your symptoms you may need surgery later.
