What Causes Constant And Prolong Bleeding After Mirena Insertion Post Delivery?

Bleeding 8 weeks pp cont after c section. Mirena insertion at 8 weeks. 20 weeks out & bleeding just now subsided 3 weeks ago. I thought I got a normal period but have been passing random white/clear fleshy pieces, discharge & blood clots. Last I was in dr told me that he would not do any testing unless you remove Mirena and wait 2 months . Can Mirena cause this? Shouldn t my dr be concerned?

itcanbe related tomirena insertion. get checked by gynecologist since bleeding has stoped it may be normalcy now. just observe for bleeding and encase of recurrence of bleeding consult gynecologist.
