Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Constant Belching With Hot And Cold Flashes?
I have an appointment tomorrow morning for an ultrasound on my gallbladder. Tonight I am so miserable, belching so bad, constant. I get hot then cold. No sharp pain though. Should I just wait until tomorrow for the appointment, or do I have to worry?
You have complains of constant belching and have an USG gallbladder to be done. You can take antacids and PPI's to get relief from belching. Acid reflux and GERD can cause belching due to increased swallowing of air. Sometimes, belching may occur due to inflammation of the stomach due to infection or inflammation of gallbladder due to infection or gall stones. You are suggested to avoid taking oily junk food. Take food in time, avoid eating raw fruits or salads. Get clinically examined and treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
