What Causes Constant Bleeding, Bloating And Lower Abdominal Pain After A Abortion?

At 8 weeks, USG showed a blighted ovum.Opted for natural miscarriage. I bled for 4 weeks. It s been a week now , however my tummy feels big, have lower abdominal pain and occasional Lower back pain. Does it need any intervention or would it resolve by itself? Thank you

It might be a pelvic infection. There might be retained conceptional products.
Bleeding and pain should have been stopped by now.
Please see your obstetrician.
