What Causes Constant Bleeding While On BC Pills For Fibroid?

I have fibroids and I am taking birth control pills to maintain my monthly bleeding but after taking them for about a few weeks my bleeding has been continuing to flow about two weeks straight. Do I keep taking them or do I stop taking them so it can slow down the bleeding? I didn t have a period in July but now I do and I don t like it.

I can understand your concern.
This is very serious complication of fibroid.
If it is not controlled by oral contraceptive pills (OC pills) then surgical removal of fibroid is must.
Since you are have taken OC pills and it is not stopping your bleeding, you should definitely consult your gynecologist and discuss about surgical removal of fibroid.
