General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, statin induced myopathy should be ruled and baseline creatinine kinase levels as well as LDH should be done. Serum uric acid levels may also be needed. Drink ample amount of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
