What Causes Constant Bowel Sound, Flatulence And Excessive Crying In An Infant?

Hi , My daughter is 50 days old. She has noisy abdomen and puts her leg up when passing wind and mostly while sleeping and cries very badly after half an hour or one hour of feed. She arches back her neck. When consulted with Doctor she was advised to give bonus on and colic aid. Even after giving that I don t find any difference. Her cry remains the same.
