What Causes Constant Brain Fog And Low And Fuzzy Vision?

I have had brain fog and eye issues for the past month. My eyes seem like they always need visine; they are rarely white on their own. Just wondering if there was some condition I should be worried about involving these two things. I drink on occasion, maybe once a week, and my diet has not been very good lately (lots of salt and fatty foods). I used to be a college athelete, and am still in ok shape at 35 years old. 6 2 tall, 210 lbs, and about 16% body fat.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Firstly get checked by an optician because it can be just an eye issue and not a general health issue. If nothing comes out you should do biochemical blood balance and blood tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
