What Causes Constant Burning In The Armpit?

i am 42 yrs old and the outside of my armpit in the crease feels like its burning like a rash but there is no redness. also a small area on the outside of my thigh gets hot and feels hot to the touch and then it goes away. the armpit area is constant.
