Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant choking along with mild rise in blood pressure , As far as chocking is concern it can occur due to upper respiratory infection, I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should avoid hot, sharp and spicy foods. Take cough expectorants. You should take anti inflammatory medication such as Levocetrizine. You should use throat lozenges and go rinses with warm saline water. You should take antibiotics such as Levofloxacin or Azithromycin for 5-7 days. You should Chew a Vitamin C pellet. Take decongestants and mucolytic agents. You should get blood test done along with angiogram as suggest by your doctor along with other heart related test , as the symptoms you mention can occur due to serious cardiac problem . You should get an x ray of the chest and pulmonary function tests done as well to know the exact extent of infection and can start treatment accordingly. Gargle with water rinses along with pinch of salt added in it.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
