What Causes Constant Cramps In The Back With Hip Pain During Pregnancy?

Im 34 weeks pregnant and Iv been experiencing some cramping and almost constant back and hip pain. Today though, I went on a walk and the cramping got really bad. When I got home and had to pee super bad and my toilet paper had an orange tint to it. What does this mean and is it something I should be concerned about?

Hi, I think you are having some calcium deficiency. Take some calcium supplements. Also take some vitamin D supplements. Also you can be having some urine infections. Get urine checked for routine and microscopy and a culture. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser. If there is any blood mixed discharge or pain is severe, consult your doctor immediately. Orange tint can be an indication of high colour urine due to less intake of water.
