Constant cramps on ride side of body when standing, or climbing stairs. Usually, immediately upon standing or waking stairs, my ankle begins a cramp. When this happens, my neck immediately begins a cramp, that pulls my neck to the right. While my neck is cramping, my arm cramps, causing my wrist and hand to pull around and difficult to move. The final cramp that occurs is a full foot cramp. My toes curl, and my foot pulls onto its side. This entire episode lasts for about 10 seconds. These cramps are completely unilateral, and all 4 stages of the cramp occur nearly similtaneously, though from my analyses, it all starts in my calves or ankle.
