What Causes Constant Dizziness Along With Neck Pain?

I had a vertigo episode last May. I still have bouts of vertigo and live in constant dizziness. I go to physio once a week because I have neck pain. I am going for a hearing test and possibly an MRI. My right ear feels like it is full of fluid all the time. Other than vertigo manoeuvers, a hearing test and MRI, is there anything I m missing I haven t slept in a year.Sleepless in Bathurst!

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant dizziness along with neck pain . The symptoms you mention in query occur due to wide range of reasons like migraines , head injury , disturbed electrolyte imbalance, certain medications and due to cervical spondylosis. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist once and start treatment after proper examination. For now i would like to suggest you some home remedies drink green tea with ginger thrice a day and drink lots of fluids like juices and water . Avoid caffeine product,. Doctor may prescribe antiemetic drug , sedatives , antibiotics in case of infection , vestibular therapy and recommend balance therapy or physiotherapy. If doctor find the symptoms to be occur due to cervical spondylosis then consult orthopedic surgeon.
