What Causes Constant Dizziness And Headaches?

My 24 year old daughter has been suffering for close to 9 years with a condition that has eluded physicians, many doctors from neurologists, ear,nose,throat, gynecologist, internists and psychiatrists. She is constantly dizzy has headaches. She was given an IV cocktail of magnesium and other meds in Nov. 2015 it made her feel better for 3 days but was in NY and not easy to access. She made the trip again for the same IV in June 2017 and had no relief. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Is she having vertigo? It could be benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which requires some maneuvers to fix it . What about brain scans? Were they done and what was the report? Can you upload images of that? It might help us in making a diagnosis.
