Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have suffered on and off for a year with tireness and dizzeniss. I can not describe how tired i get and i always feel dizzy, i also go into trances a lot. I have had bloods done but everything came back normal. Could it be blood sugars or something?
Hi! I had gone through your query and understand your concern. If I were your treating doctor I would come up with 3 possibilities: -You may have hypothyroidism, which is a condition of low thyroid functioning. This can cause this symptoms. You can do thyroid tests to exclude this such as TSH,T3,T4.If your T3,T4 is low and TSH is high well you have hypothyroidism
-You may have high blood pressure because this can cause dizziness.I suggest you to measure your blood pressure for 3-4 days.
- If your tests exclude the above possibilities and you don't have any other symptom I can think of Chronic fatigue syndrome, which is a long-lasting condition that causes extreme tiredness that doesn't get better with rest.
Hope I was able to help you. Take care. Dr.Rovena
