Thank you. I fell while playing hockey. I landed on my back and my head snapped back. I had a good hockey helmet on. I did not get knocked out. I was able to answer questions correctly when asked by my teammates. I rest on the bench for a few minutes. Returned to the game for about a minute and then left the game and did not return . I showered and came home. this was last night. I have had just a dull aching headache. Pretty mild actually. Any thoughts? Thank you
There are cases where minor tremors in the head can cause the brain hematoma especially under subarachnoid hematoma(more likely in people with cerebral vascular malformations, suffer from hypertension, diabetes, alcoholism). It developments silently , no symptoms. Patients coming to me complaining that they have insomnia, mood swings when shooting CT scanner subarachnoid hematomas visible for prolong. For your case, you can be assured of continued follow-up and avoid the collision early return. If You have unusual symptoms such as limb weakness, mood swings, snoring loud ... Then you should see a doctor to CT scanner for you. Wishing you best health!
