What Causes Constant Dull Pain Around Navel And Diarrhea?
I m a 19 year old female that started having chronic dull ache (not cramps) around my belly button 6 days ago. The pain is in the shape of a square about 3 inches in each direction around the belly button. I started having diareaha 2 days ago. Advil seems to dull the ache. I have no fever, vomiting or problem eating.

it appears that you have gastrointestinal infection which is causing the abdominal pain and diarrhoea. kindly avoid eating junk food, spicy or oily food, smoking or drinking alcohol.
Kindly take oral rehydration solution mixed in 1 litre of previously boiled and cold water to prevent dehydration.
Kindly show to your doctor to get a proper physical examination and proper treatment for your condition.
