What Causes Constant Dyspnea, Difficulty In Speaking And Ribs Pain?
I have had constant shortness of breath and difficulty completing a full sentence without taking a deep breath. I am only 34 yeas old and now im getting pain in my sides and around my ribs and back. The shortness of breath goes on for months and then may get a little better where I am a lot more comfortable and then after a couple of weeks its real bad again
Here I need detail history regarding smoking , drug history , known allergy history , cough and weight loss history etc...
Than your auscultation done and accordingly investigation needed to rule out respiratory problem... Chest x ray and pulmonary function test will be useful ...... It will help in rule out asthma , COPD , pneumothorax , pulmonary edema like causes .....
According to cause management given.... Ex.if dyspnea due to allergic bronchoconstriction than short term steroid or Allegra M needed ....
If no respiratory causes present than EKG done to rule out heart failure ...
Avoid stress
Take care
Advise : Pulmonologist consultation for examination
Hope this will help
