Chronic fatigue and brain fog may be due to a few common reasons, such as hormonal disorders (hypothyroid), migraine,
chronic fatigue syndrome, stress, imbalanced diet,
depression, lack of exercise,
dehydration, vitamin deficiencies,
fibromyalgia, among many others.
Fibromyalgia may have symptoms that include, muscle soreness,
constipation, fatigue, anxiety mood disturbances, sleep disorders, lack of concentration, joint issues, flare, etc.
To come to a diagnosis it is best to get into therapy, reduction of stress, exercising, self care and if it worsens, it is best to visit a therapist for medication as treatment if required.
