What Causes Constant Feeling Of Bladder Being Full?

I am a 31 year old male; healthy -- I walked, biked, and ran 30 miles last week. I started noticing a fullness in my bladder area about 4 or 5 days ago -- no pain; I feel though that I still have to pee a few minutes after I have already gone, but not much comes out. What could this be?

Hi,

A urinary tract infection. I suggest you see your doctor for a urinalysis and possibly measurement of residual urine in your bladder.
