What Causes Constant Fever, Headache, Itchy Rashes And Foot Pain?
hi i have fever (internal) not shivering and headache for the past 3 days now also small itchy rashes and my left foot hurts when i stand doctor said its dengue iam taking medicine but still the same i just got my blood test report it says normal not sure..what else could this be?

appearance of rash is another indication
I would like to suggest once the CBP.ESR, dengue test for confirmation in a standard lab.
plz take antipyretics like paracetamol 500mg antibiotics like monocef o for 5 days .cold sponging needed if fever is more than 101f
continuous platelet count needed daily for further management
if more than normal don't worry
plz take plenty of liquids as well as soups ..
with reports consult HCM or family doctor ok
