What Causes Constant Fever When Diagnosed With Jaundice?

My son is having fever for last 4 day after a shoulder injury doctor had conducted blood test in which ear is increased along with sgpt and sgot indocatong jaundice doctor has prescribe udliv20 fever is still coming after 8 hrs when will the fever stop

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Your child's main complaint is fever and SGOT plus SGPT are raised...

But inform me your exact value of these liver enzymes and bilirubin report...

If along with hyperbilirubin, liver enzymes raised three fold it is case of viral hepatitis which seems most likely here..
Mostly it will be Hepatitis A virus.. Serological testing can be done for it. .

Udiliv continued and give him more fruit juice....

Sugar cane juice and apple juice useful.
Coconut water more...

Try to avoid giving fried foods...

Give him soup every evening..

With the time improvememt will be seen and fever will subside

Consult physician for examination and further work up
