Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For about 5 years now i have had a constant headache that NEVER goes away. It doesn t matter what i take for it or what I do it will just ease up but it is never truly gone. Sometimes it is so bad i cannot even function. I throw up, cannot stand light sound or anything. However for about the last year i have had another symptom develop. I feel like i am falling and i am wide awake. It started out only happening occasionally like if i was in a car when you would pull out or on the tickle bumps as my kids call them. lol.It has progressed til now i feel like I am falling all the time. Its that feeling you get when you are on a big rollercoaster and it reaches the peek and takes off for the ride falling feeling. Now when it happens i have like a body spasm like i am trying to catch myself. It almost looks like i am having a small seizure but i am fully aware of my surroundings and can communicate with you just cant control the body spasm or the falling feeling. I have noticed it is more prominent when my headaches or worse of if i have to look at something on a higher level than eye level. Sometimes it affects my driving especially if i am on a curvy road or mountain. Any idea what my problem can be?
