What Causes Constant Headaches Along With Nausea And Weakness?

is there a toxin that would cause headache nausea weakness muscle pain and fever? I ask because my husband is with the military and we are stationed in Hanoi. I have been sick for a week and it came on sudden. We were out of Hanoi for a week and we got back on Sunday night. Monday morning I woke up sick. I thought it was the flu but when I aired out the flat on a windy day yesterday. I started feeling better. Today I went out of our flat to help a friend and then for a walk and I felt a lot better. I just returned home and was in the flat for a little while and all they symptoms returned. So I opened the windows. Any idea?
