If your son is having headaches in his half hemisphere which is aggravate by any of factors like sunlight, heat, excess stress, inadequate sleep and associated with vomiting, it might be Migraine. But this should be confirmed by ruling out other causes. You can take advice of MD Physician or neuro physician.
