What Causes Constant Headaches In A Child?

Hello, I am starting to grow very concerned for my 5 year old son. A few weeks ago we had the nasty flu virus that has been going around this year and fought that... a week later he was diagnosed with an ear infection and was treated with an antibiotic. Last week, after I thought we would obviously be getting better, he started complaining of bad headahces and his throat was burning. After taking him in, he was given stronger antibiotics for strep throat. We completed those 10 days, as directed. Since, he has complained of a headache, loss of appetite and woke up this morning with a stuffy nose and puking phlem. He has had his moments where he seems okay, up and playing and then comes to me crying that his head is hurting and eyes are burning. He wont take an motrin but will drink fluids. I am concerned because of A. the constant complaints of headaches and B. hes been on so many medications of the last month... what is left?! I am extremely worried, I feel defeated. I dont know what to do.
