What Causes Constant Headaches, Sore Throat And Tonsils And Fatigue?

Hi I am a 26 year old male. Recently I have been having continuous headaches in both my temples, a very sore throat and tonsils, fatigue, I have some red spots on the head and shaft of my penis and my balls too. And I have a rash reddish, brown on my chest stomach and arms...and more of a reddish to puple kind of rash over my legs. It does not itch at all. It started with 1 red spot on my penis. But I noticed after a few days and I had been wanking a lot and getting myself off...there were several red spots also inside my foreskin and outside on my shaft too?

Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headache , sore throat and cough along with several red spots which is due to allergic reaction/ upper respiratory tract infection. Apart from this as you having fatigue which is due to myalgia and arthralgia. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination as infection has already spread. You should get throat swab test , viral culture test , complete blood profile to find out extent of infection. You should start with antibiotic such as augmentin along with decongestants and anti inflammatory such as Levocetrizine . For now do warm saline gargles. Take steam inhalation. Take proper rest , keep yourself hydrate. Maintain hygiene. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
