What Causes Constant Headaches?

HIm having severe headaches everyday for the past week. Every time i lean my head to the right and the left it feels like fluid going from side to side. Every time i lean my head back its a tingling feeling. And when i lean my head forward its pressure. It sort of feels as if my brain is pushing against my skull. What might this be? I went to the hospital and the doctor didnt say much. He just said it was a tension headache but i feel as if it s more than that. i, may I answer your health queries right now ? General & Family Physician 's  Response
welcome to hcm,
From your explanation i think it might be due to sinusitis.or fluid accumulation in the sinuses.
i want it to be confirmed with your treating physician. your doctor may need some investigations like xray PNS or CT pns to confirm the diagnosis.
treatment lies depending upon the severity of the sinus infection.
hope this explains.
with regards
Dr.Amarnath
