Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I'm a healthy 29 year old female, very active and normal weight. I just recently started experiencing constant heartburn, seemingly out of nowhere! About 8 or 9 days ago, it started and has been relentless since. I have been eating tums for only a very temporary fix. What's going on? Thanks in advance!
Just check for recent diet change or eating spicy food or taking painkiller medicine or excessive stress etcetera may cause gastritis and pain abdomen. Avoid spicy food and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet, pantoprazole e before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
