Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.
Gallbladder issues present with immense pain in right
hypochondrium area below the liver. It isn't looking like a
gall bladder problem.
It seems to be due to
Gastroesophageal Reflux disease in which
gastric acid comes in food pipe and irritates the lining wall. It causes muscle spasms and heartburn, feelings of indigestion and nauseating feelings.
If I was her treating physician I would have prescribed her Omeprazole before meals, and Syrup Gaviscon.
If not relieved with a treatment of two weeks you need to consult a Gastroentrologist for proper evaluation and treatment. He may test her for H.Pylori infection, the main cause of the disease in many patients.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
