What Causes Constant High Triglycerides Level And Breathing Difficulty Despite Taking Medications?

Dear Doctor, I am taking TONACT-TG AND ADILIP 135 TO REDUCE TRIGLISRIDES IN MY BLOOD AND TAKE BP MEDICINE IN MORNING AMLONG MT 25 & TIDE-5 half tablet, almost one year, but triglisride is not coming down, now a days I have heavy breathing as well. pls suggest
