I AM 62 YEAR OLD FEMALE WITH DX OF OVERWEIGHT, ANZIETY, DEPRESSION, POST MENAPAUSE AND SLEEP APNEA. ALL OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE BEING TREATED BY MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN. MY PROBLEM IS CONTANTLY FEELING HOT. I AM HOT 24 HOURS A DAY. THE ONLY TIME I AM CHILLED IS WHEN I AM SICK OR SLEEP DEPRIVED. IT IS INTERFERING WITH CO-WORKERS AND MY FAMILY AT HOME AS I WOULD RUN THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL AT 65 DEGREES AND BE PLUM HAPPY. ANY IDEAS?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the menopause with some functional elements then as long as the symptoms are concern it would be like wide gate open, try to come out of the stress, else you will have to go for psychiatric help, but you can do even without this, just forget about the symptoms hope this information helps.
