What Causes Constant Irritating Discomfort Under Breastbone?
Ive took nexium zantac etc etc 3 seperate 8week course and I continue to get a constant irritating discomfort under my breastbone.. my gp thinks its acid reflux I think its an a bacterial infection or an ulcer surely 80mg nexium can control anyone who has reflux and it has no effect please help doctor what do u think!?

I think you should get tested for helicobacter pylori. I believe you may need to take antibiotics since you have been on antacids for so long.
