What Causes Constant Irritation In An Infant?

Hi I have a 7 month old boy who seems to be upset constantly for the last week. His cry goes from 0-100 like the snap of a finger. He doesnt have a fever, no hair wrapped around any parts, he gets hot very easily, so he is usually in just a diaper or a onezie. He cries, and I will feed him if its time, and when his bottle is gone, he is upset all over again. We have been feeding him baby food every now and then as well to see if maybe hes not getting enough to eat and then go a day or two without to see if that might be upsetting his belly. But nothing helps. We dont know what to do.

I'm going to list few probable causes of irritable and crying infant:
1) Ear infection causing pain
2) Abdominal pain due to gastric irritation or reflux
3) Headache

He needs a thorough clinical examination and investigations if needed to evaluate the cause of his agony and treat it appropriately. Kindly consult a pediatrician as early as possible.
