What Causes Constant Irritation In The Anal Region After Taking Macrobid?
Hi. I am currently on Macrobid for a UTI. I noticed a red irritation on my left anal buttocks (external part). I feel it a little when I sit, but it is not painful. My questions are - can the antiobiotic cause it? Can sleeping on a recliner each night in one position cause it? Can a hemmorraid cause it? Please advise. Thanks. CM I

it is not related with your medications. this seems hemorrhoids or dermatitis. seek advise from surgeon and dermatologist.
