Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant itching and burning associated with dry piles . Well i would suggest you to consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a clinical examination is commonly sufficient for diagnosis. If needed he can also advise investigations like anoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, digital examination of rectum . In case of piles you can be advised to apply Steroid cream and anesthetic like shield around the anus and not inside to relieve itching and burning. Avoid spicy food and drink plenty of water. You should avoid constipation by taking a high fibre diet, more of Probiotics like Yoghurt and maintaining hydration. In case of still there is no improvement surgical treatment like rubber band ligation, hemorrhoidectomy or removal of swollen vein or other treatments like application of Sclerosing agents can be done.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
