General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
I may not know a skin specialist in your area but i will suggest you try the following measures and if no improvement, you see your GP for orientation:
-Keep toes very clean and moist always
-Use an anti-histamine like benadryl tabs or cream
-You may take a steroidal anti-inflammatory like prednisolone for say 5 days and observe
This condition could be caused by allergy, skin infection by fungi, neuropathy or a metabolic/ionic disorder.
Try the above measures, if no improvement, you see your GP for evaluation and orientation to either a Neurologist or a Dermatologist depending on his findings.
Hope this will help
Best regards
