Left sided constant abdominal pain could be due to colitis or acute gastroenteritis etc but needs to be evaluated further by clinical examination and some relevant tests.
The important thing is to have clear diagnosis first for which you may need to undergo complete blood works,ESR,electrolytes and ultrasound abdomen.
The definitive treatment is depends on the underlying cause but you may take symptomatic treatment like antispasmodics and antacids.
Quit alcohol intake further.
Consult some local physician or GP who will take complete history and clinical examination and can prescribe you proper treatment.
