Hello and welcome to HCM,
Gall stones are associated with indigestion, nausea, vomiting and other digestive problems.
Gall stones can cause inflammation of the gall bladder leading of
cholecystitis.
Gall stones are best managed by surgical excision of gall bladder with stones.
Thyroid dysfunction can lead to variation in weight.
Hypothyroidism is associated with weight gain, thus, I suggest you to get
thyroid function tests (TFT) to assess the thyroid functions.
In case there is evidence of thyroid dysfunction (low thyroid hormones- T3 and T4 and high TSH) appropriate treatment will be required.
Presence of watery benign cysts in breast is suggestive of
fibroadenosis.
Fibroadenosis is a benign condition but a close follow up is required to rule out development of any malignant lump.
Fibroadenosis is managed conservatively with drugs which reduce breast discomfort and pain.
Thanks and take care
