What Causes Constant Nerve Twitching In Penis?
Hello I have almost like a mussle spasim in my penis for the past 3 days i will randomly every few minutes get a weird spasim coming from inside my penis almost like my nerves twitching it s very uncomfortable and anoying this happens when I m not erect Thank you

1. Unusual sensation in penis are very common in men and can be felt as increased sensitivity (twitch) which can be due to:
. urethritis (inflammation of urethra)
. referred discomfort from inflammation of prostate
2. In best interest kindly consult a general surgeon/urologist for any predispoding factors and correct diagnosis and further examination/investigation/management.
3. Till then take over the counter anti oxidant (vit. E) capsules & anti inflammatory drug
